Ordering & Payment

1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:

  1. Choose your favorite cookies and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your shopping cart.
  3. Enter your details and choose a payment method.
  4. Complete the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately.

2. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can also checkout as a guest. Creating an account has benefits: you don’t need to enter your details again next time and you can view your order history.

3. How can I pay?
We offer secure payment methods through our payment provider, including:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Bancontact (for Belgium)

4. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all payments are processed securely via trusted and encrypted payment providers.


Shipping & Delivery

5. What are the shipping costs?
We have a minimum order value of €10.

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 for orders up to €75.
  • Orders over €75 are shipped for free within the Netherlands only.

6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and shipped twice a week. After dispatch, your package usually arrives within the Netherlands within 2–4 business days. For delivery times within the EU, please check our Shipping Rates page.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow your package online. Please note it may take a few hours for the code to become active with the carrier.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to countries within the EU. Please allow for longer delivery times and possible customs fees.

Breakage, Damage & Returns

9. Breakage or damaged cookies during delivery
We package our cookies carefully in sturdy boxes with padding to prevent movement during transport. However, brittle cookies can still break partially during shipping. Small breakages do not affect the taste or quality of the product.

What to do in case of damage:
If your order arrives seriously damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt:

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged cookies.

We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

11. How long do the cookies last?
Each product shows a “best before” (BBD) date. When stored correctly, the cookies often remain tasty beyond this date.

12. How should I store the cookies?

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Seal the packaging tightly after opening.
  • For the best taste, consume within a few days after opening.

13. Do the cookies contain allergens?
Yes, some cookies contain gluten, milk, or peanuts. Always check the ingredients list on the packaging or on the product page of our webshop.
