Our products are made according to the highest quality standards. However, if you have any complaints about our products, for example due to transport damage or product defects, and you wish to return the product, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service within 2 weeks.
Because these are food products, we apply a careful return policy. We kindly ask you to contact us first before returning anything.

Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions for Returns
Returns are only possible after notification to our customer service.
The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging and may only be handled as you would in a physical store.
Returns must be properly and securely packaged.
The Old Mill does not reimburse costs for return shipping or additional costs such as customs duties, unless otherwise agreed and you have received a return label from us.
Unpaid (unfranked) returns will not be accepted.
Return Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or due to failure to pick up the order in time at a service point, the return costs will be charged to you. We will inform you about this as soon as we receive the return shipment.
