Terms & Conditions – The Old Mill webshop (International)

1. Definitions

- We / Us / The Seller: Ansted BV, trading as The Old Mill, Aldhof 7, 9246 TM Olterterp, The Netherlands.
- You / The Customer: Any person or company placing an order via our webshop.
- Products: All goods offered for sale on our website.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via our webshop, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

3. Prices & Payment

- All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
- Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is confirmed once you receive our email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons.

5. Delivery

- Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide.
- Delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle you to compensation.
- Risk passes to you upon receipt of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

- If you are an EU consumer, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
- Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

7. Exclusions from Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

8. Warranty & Liability

- We guarantee that our products comply with the description and are fit for normal use.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, government actions, or supplier failures.

10. Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)

- For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply.
- These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- Customs delays are beyond our control.

11. Privacy & GDPR

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy, available at www.the-old-mill.com, explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
