Orders & Shipping
At The Old Mill, we do our utmost to ship your order quickly and with care. On this page you will find all the key information about our shipping costs, including rates for international delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed and dispatched twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
• Netherlands: usually delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: usually delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, for example due to stock shortages or high volumes at the carrier. Should this occur, we will inform you promptly by email.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your parcel online and see when to expect delivery.

Shipping Costs
• Minimum order value: €10,-
• Within the Netherlands: €6.95 for orders under €75,-
• Wadden Islands: €5.50 surcharge due to additional transport costs
• Belgium: €9.95

Free shipping applies to mainland Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €75.

International Delivery
We also deliver to addresses within the European Union. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional charges such as:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local taxes (e.g. VAT, GST)
These charges are imposed by the customs or tax authorities of the destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local authorities for the applicable rules and costs in advance.
Any delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs
The costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. For full details on returning items, please refer to our returns page.
